Jamie has over 14 years NHS experience in performance, programme management, improvement and developing resilient systems, including the design, scope, implementation and monitoring of work programmes across dynamic landscapes

to help improve health outcomes for patients. Jamie has operated at Greater Manchester level managing work programmes across all 10 health boroughs within the system. Jamies experience and knowledge will ensure we deliver against our legal and regulatory obligations with the Care Quality Commission and Joint Advisory Group on GI Endoscopy (JAG). Since joining EndoCare Jamie has successfully led the demanding process to achieving our certification of the international standard for organisations BS EN ISO/IEC 22301:2019 demonstrating our expertise in business continuity management minimising disruption and demonstrating our ability to maintain service delivery.

Elaine Graham

Head of Nursing & Quality Assurance

Elaine brings a wealth of knowledge and experience working within the Endoscopy / Gastroenterology speciality for 26 years within the NHS and 12 years within the private sector. Throughout her career, Elaine has managed multiple change programmes

including the development and implementation of four new Endoscopy units across Greater Manchester. Elaine has extensive experience regarding accreditation with our Joint Advisory Group for GI Endoscopy regulator and the quality assurance framework of the Care Quality Commission. Elaine is also a certified Gastrointestinal for nurses, trainer, and facilitator. Elaine joined EndoCare in 2021 and has been integral to the development of our community diagnostic centre, committed to ensuring we offer all patients a high standard of quality and safe care in a community setting.
