Natalie Hudson is an experienced healthcare leader and former NHS executive with a strong track record in strategic transformation, operational excellence, and patient-centred care. With over 15 years of leadership experience across complex healthcare environments, Natalie has led high-performing teams and delivered innovative service improvements that enhance quality, accessibility, and clinical outcomes. As CEO, she brings a commitment to compassionate leadership, sustainable growth, and delivering outstanding healthcare services tailored to the needs of patients and partners alike.
Dr Bashir Rameh is a highly experienced Consultant Gastroenterologist with expertise in the diagnosis and management of a wide range of digestive and gastrointestinal conditions. He is committed to delivering personalised, patient-focused care, combining clinical excellence with a compassionate approach to treatment.
With extensive experience in both NHS and private practice, Dr Rameh specialises in the investigation and treatment of conditions including acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), liver disorders, and endoscopic procedures. He is known for his thorough assessments, clear communication, and dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes for his patients.
Dr Rameh works closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and evidence-based care, ensuring patients receive timely diagnosis, effective treatment, and ongoing support throughout their healthcare journey
Dr Ahmed Dawood is a highly experienced Consultant Physician specialising in gastroenterology and general medicine. He graduated with an MB BCh from Cairo University in 1982 and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP), reflecting his commitment to clinical excellence and professional leadership.
Dr Dawood has held senior consultant roles in both university teaching hospitals and district general hospitals, working at advanced clinical and managerial levels. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in the development and delivery of specialist medical services, including leading hepatitis services, where he contributed to improving patient outcomes through structured, high-quality care.
With over 20 years of experience in gastroenterology, Dr Dawood has extensive expertise in managing complex digestive disorders while delivering safe and effective care in high-demand, resource-constrained healthcare environments. His broad medical background enables him to take a comprehensive approach to patient assessment and treatment, ensuring care is both thorough and individualised.
Dr Dawood is also highly skilled in therapeutic endoscopy, including Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), allowing him to provide advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures. Dr Dawood is dedicated to delivering evidence-based care and supporting patients through every stage of diagnosis and treatment
Dr Waqar Ahmed is a Consultant Physician andGastroenterologist. He has been practicing as a consultant since 1996, withover 29 years of experience as a consultant in the NHS. His main clinicalinterests lie in hepato-pancreatico-biliary disorders, acute and chronic liverdisease, acid peptic disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, malabsorption andtherapeutic endoscopy, where he has developed extensive expertise in bothdiagnostic and interventional procedures.
Dr Ahmed graduated with an MBBS from Khyber Medical Collegein 1981 before pursuing further specialist training. He went on to completepostgraduate qualifications including an MRCP and FRCP through the RoyalCollege of Physicians, London, and MD from the University of Liverpool.
He is an active member of several professionalorganisations, including the British Medical Association, the British Societyof Gastroenterology, and the British Association for the Study of the Liver. Hehas been The Regional Advisor for The Royal College London from 2004 to 2010,Member of the Royal College Council 2008 to 2010 he is a MRCP PACES examiner. Throughhis work, Dr Ahmed continues to provide comprehensive care to patients with awide range of gastrointestinal and liver conditions.
Dr Atta Mohammed Abbasi is a senior Consultant Gastroenterologist with nearly two decades of specialist experience. He has performed over 20,000 diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal procedures,including Gastroscopy, Colonoscopy, ERCP and EUS.
Dr Abbassi has been formally assessed as competent to a standard commensurate with specialist practice to perform Screening Derived Colonoscopy approved by the Joint Advisory Group (JAG) on Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
